The Quakertown Food Pantry

Serving God by serving those in need

When gathering food for clients, remember that they supply three meals for three days per client. They are always looking for more volunteers at the pantry, also needed are people to unload and stock shelves when they receive their monthly federal shipment, people with roomy vehicles, SUVs and station wagons are needed for pantry pick up of items from local food drives, too. As always, their greatest need is meat products: ground beef, hotdogs, and chicken in one-pound packages.

Pantry Hours:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am - Noon

Mensch Mill's Scholarship Program

This past year Mensch Mill was able to provide 23 scholarships to children and adults to participate in their 2009 programs. These scholarship funds supported campers from our local churches, children from Bethany and campers from the Foster Care System. BASKET BINGO

The Richlandtown Fire Company is holding their annual Basket Bingo Event on Sunday, June 6, at Benner Hall. Doors open at 12:00 am, and the first game begins at 1:00 pm. ** Refreshments, raffles, Chinese Auction ** Tickets are $20. Call 215-538-2159.
